Data on diesel fuel production for 2022 at the Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex, located in the Balkan region in western Turkmenistan, has been published, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
According to the information, during the reporting period, the enterprise manufactured more than 1.4 million tons of diesel fuel and over 426,100 tons of kerosene.
At the same time, in 2022, the refinery produced 57,000 tons of lubricating oil, exceeding the plan by 6 percent.
Turkmenistan ranks among the world's leading countries in terms of oil and gas reserves. The country pays great attention to the construction of oil and gas processing plants, as well as the export of energy resources to world markets.
For example, the Seydi Oil Refinery, located in the Lebap region of Turkmenistan, produced more than 138,500 tons of diesel fuel in 2022, exceeding the production plan.
