Some 27,607 tons of grain were exported from Stavropol Krai of Russia from June through July 2022, Trend reports via the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor).
Stavropol enterprises have shipped more than 36,504 tons of grain to neighboring countries. Large batches of products were delivered to Azerbaijan (27,607 tons of wheat and corn), Belarus (7,926 tons of rapeseed) and to Georgia (780 tons of wheat and millet)," Rosselkhoznadzor reports.
The North Caucasus Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Department controlled the shipment of 38,066 tons of grain products from the Stavropol Krai for export.
Azerbaijan imported more that 471,2 tons of wheat, barley, corn, rice worth over $184.017 million from January through June 2022.
