Armenia's baseless claims about the alleged closure of the Lachin-Khankendi road are totally false and absurd, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during the meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic Anne Boillon, Trend reports.
