Turkish ports received 3,809 ships in April 2021, Turkey’s Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
According to the ministry, in the reporting month, among the received ships 1,113 ones flied the Turkish flag, and other 2,696 - flags of other countries.
Overall, in the first 4 months of this year, Turkish ports received 16,392 ships, including 4,812 ones flying Turkish flag, the ministry said.
“The remaining 11,580 ships received by the local ports flied the flags of other countries,” added the ministry.
